I know the picture is a bit blurry, but I'm tired, so there, it looks better on Flickr for some reason.Here's the quilt block I made for A Notion or two for myself. I had never made wonky log cabin squares before, so I went a bit crazy. Then it was like a puzzle as to how to piece them all together. And I embroidered a birdy. I haven't done much embroidery at all, so this was great practice. I think I can see more embroidery projects in the future.
