Night Club MUSEE [Madrid]

Club Life of Madrid
The extravagant Night Club «MUSEE» located in Madrid (Spain), is creative symbiosis of gallery of the modern art and the fashionable center of night life of a megacity.
The visual concept of club is concentrated round black color, glasses and mirrors which are a fine collective background for expressive design furniture, the three-meter light-emitting diode screen, pictures of known modern artists, and also various products of video arts and other objects which are of interest, from the point of view of art and creative style of club atmosphere.
The apartments interior of the night club does not carry constant character. Now institution walls decorate works of German photographer Robert Bartholot, the Madrid pictorialist Paco Peregrin and the illustrator from New York Glenn Hilario.

The visual holiday is accompanied by musical mixes from hot Madrid DJs, and the unique conceptual status gives to an institution the exclusively elite status.

Olympic clouds

The transparent bubbles will soar over the main stadium of Olympic Games '12. This digital cloud will serve as a viewing platform, and also will be the stand for the huge plasma display.

Initiators "The Cloud" say, that the thought on a congestion of manned bubbles "has sprouted" from works of the German designer of the Argentina origin of Tomas Saraceno which built time and again inflatable sculptures and installations of a thin transparent film.

In all cases the plan provided interaction of object and spectators who were offered to plunge into a construction, and even to "do some flying" in clouds.

BASE in Belgium
Belgian design bureau Creneau International has finished creation of an interior of the central shop of the largest supplier of mobile phones in Belgium, companies BASE.
Designers have suggested to install unusual furniture and mobile show-windows in a shop interior.

Sedentary places are scattered on all interior in the form of huge letters from which the brand name gathers: BASE.

Expocentre in Addis Ababa

The expocentre in Addis Ababa on a plan of founders should unite versatile city buildings. The expocentre will settle down in territory in the size of 4,5 acres. In the middle of the centre there will be already existing museum. From different directions the project will be surrounded with the entertaining on plan entertaining and trading complexes, business hotel and office premises.
The project for a city which searches for the individuality
The design decision tries to satisfy interests of natives and visitors of capital. For this purpose designers of firm FXFOWLE used a local landscape on which will create the area for live informal dialogue. Near to territory there will be the multistage building sculptural towers become which deification.
«New Flower»
The form and composition of towers are inspired by the city name. Addis Ababa — is translated, as «a new flower». The approximated facades of towers are similar to the structured, suddenly born, extraordinary flower which is turned petals to the sun.

Elements from the colour glass, entered in system of hinged tower walls, will allow to feel ecological compatibility of motley structures surrounding a complex. Buildings unlike against each other will change under blinking of colour glasses and will get the general sounding.

Life on the Moon

«Not a secret, that each of us is drawn by personal fears, and at times they, our fears clear up such desires which we admit to nobody», — the architect of the Concrete Moon, Antonino Cardillo philosophises. — «People always are surprised, how the culture on different continents is unlike. But it seems to me, the difference in cultures is rather doubtful. And it is frequent, as it is paradoxical, discrepancies become the unique tool in search of own individuality».
The Concrete House in suburb of Melbourn
Uniqueness of the Concrete House just in not similarity of two half. The building is constructed by request of the private person, on a rectangular site, in suburb of Melbourn. It's divided on two excellent from each other parts: one — for public — is similar to the turned ship or on the amusing concrete moon which follows directly from a lobby. Such design — an unexpected deviation from a direct way.

The Second — private — half of building is similar to a narrow and long case on which perimetre the gallery with an exit in a garden lasts.
Similarity and Distinctions
«Each of two so unlike parts introduces the mite in creation of the general harmony of the house», — the architect adds. Details of one half of building unexpectedly arise in another though are developed by different principles. So the concept of this house falls outside the limits simple understanding about two half conflicting among themselves. Design elements are interconnected, and sounding of one finds an echo in other. Especially well it is visible in a main hall in which visitors have doubts: where similarity comes to an end and distinctions begin.

Children's dream have realised

How many children's dreams are devoted building of the small house — likely, all of us fenced in the childhood tents from handy designs and dreamt to construct the refuge on a tree. Canadian designer Nicko Björn Elliott has presented to children this object.
Tent on a tree
The wooden structure keeps on columns, the centre is planted on a live tree, as though turning the house. Near to the house the column on which children can move down quickly downwards is built in. The small house facade is executed from translucent glass and shaded by tree branches.

Unusual Illumination
In Sydney will celebrate the Chinese New year, having placed two huge orange tigers executed in style origami, in city center. The project is developed architectural company LAVA, Laboratory for Visionary Architecture.
Orange Tigers in Sydney
As is known — 2010 of the Tiger; besides, origami concerns China. Dimensions of an original figure: 2,5m in height, 7m at length. Tigers are similar to huge lanterns — thus authors have decided to unite design and technologies, the East and the West.
Figures are made of processed materials and highlighted by special economical illumination. Tigers will sit on the area before Customs from February, 11th till March, 14th.

Design kilometre

The given architectural decision for Hua Qiang Bei Road in the Chinese city of Shenzhen command WORKac has offered. The design project corresponds to growing commercial value and character of territory — this tendency has led to a problem of transport congestion and stoppers. Architects have suggested to make a series of strategic crossings of road.
5 Exclusive Lanterns
The project consists from “5 conceptual lanterns”, each of which has the function. Lanterns are visible from apart — by the way, during day heat they create a shade.
Night Chinese Street
Each of lanterns carries out the own social program; in one the electronic museum, in other — information centre, in other — viewing pavilion is organised. Under the earth lanterns are connected with each other, in this zone has been created four additional metro stations.

Rising of the New Moon

The Economic Moon
Financial crisis — not a hindrance for scale building of the landscape park Zabil. «The new Moon» becomes the central construction of the project. The construction in the form of a half moon — a symbol of force and energy of the countries of the East — will tell about today's prosperity of the United Arab Emirates.
The New Moon in Dubai
Monument interiors contain 5 floors. Everyone symbolizes one of five postulates of Islam: belief, a pray, mercy, mutual aid and pilgrimage. The design contains in itself a conference hall, cafe, children library and an information desk.

The external part of a building decorated by the Arabian inscriptions represents a steel skeleton with emptiness. Such decision will give the chance to supervise illumination and air temperature on all platforms of the New Moon, will protect an interior from a direct sunlight and will provide free circulation of air streams. Inside there will be a special microclimate which will unload the central systems of safety. The project completely corresponds to ecological building standards. Solar batteries will be built in a building covering, and it considerably will lower energy consumption.
